Who we are

Vosoar ("we", "us") provides autonomous on-brand social content software for businesses. Contact: privacy@vosoar.com.

What we collect

Account data (email, name), workspace and brand profile content, posts and media you upload, usage and billing records, and technical logs (IP, user agent) for security. We do not sell personal data.

Why we process data

To provide the service, secure accounts, improve reliability, comply with law, and — with your brand content — generate and publish social posts you approve.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Contract (service delivery), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and consent where required (e.g. non-essential cookies).

Sub-processors

We use vetted providers to host, store, and process data on our behalf. A public category summary is at /sub-processors. Signed-in brand account owners can also see this under Brand account → Privacy & data. For the current named list (provider names, purposes, regions) or our DPA annex, email privacy@vosoar.com — we respond within 10 business days. We notify customers before adding a new sub-processor that materially changes processing.

International transfers

Data may be processed in the EU, UK, or US depending on your organization's data region setting and provider locations. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Retention

We keep account data while you use Vosoar. Draft assets may be removed after ~30 days; published content longer per our retention policy. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.

Your rights

You may export or delete your data from Brand account → Privacy & data in the app, or email privacy@vosoar.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Essential cookies run the app (authentication). We ask consent before non-essential analytics cookies. See cookie choices in the banner.
